2025 Fall Day Camps Information & Registration
About Butterfield Acres Fall Camps
Firstly, let it be known that we FULLY support our teachers. Some of our finest leaders have been (and still are on our staff from time to time) amazing teachers! We understand what it is like to walk in their shoes. But… we also know that some parents will need a helping hand with childcare during this strike. We will never be able to replace the education provided by the great teachers in our system, but we can certainly give the children some great farm fun Day Camp education in the meantime!
Important info:
Our day will be packed with outdoor adventures, crafts, games, songs, nature walks, visiting with our animals as they’re getting ready for winter (check out how much they’ve grown since you were last here!), don’t forget about farm chores! and learning about our new baby alpacas! Plus adding fun farm fall twists!
All camps will run 9am to 3:30pm. For children 5-12 years old.
The cost per child is $350 for the 5-day camps, with $280 for the 4-day camp next week Tues Oct 14 – Fri Oct 17.

Please complete ONE application form for EACH child. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold spots until your application has been paid.

Day Camp Snack Options
Each day every camper needs a power snack… You can make things easy by signing up for the Farm Snack Program if you are wanting a break from sending snacks from home. Our snacks always include something yummy, nutritious AND child friendly! Look for the “Snack Option” on the Fall Day Camp Application form.
Allergy Alert: Read the information regarding food and other allergies, and how we do our very best to keep our campers safe. See Allergy Alert.
Before you start, here are some handy tips:
a) We will have “Before and After Camp Care ” to help you out! Convenience for you, more farm action for the kids!
b) if there are still spots available for a given week on this screen, you will see “Register”. However, if that camp is full, then it will say “Full”. You can call the office to ask if there are any spots available.

Mon- Fri, 5 days 9:00am-3:30pm
October 27 – 31, 2025 Register
Mon- Fri, 5 days 9:00am-3:30pm
Day Camp Policies
Cancellation Policy: Camps will be cancelled when the Teachers strike is over. Full refunds for any camps that are cancelled; otherwise fees are not refundable. If a camper is unable to attend for any reason, including illness or any other unforeseen circumstance, you do have the option of substituting another child (ie selling, gifting your day camp spot).
Adjustments/Changes: A $30.00 +gst change fee is applied to all CHANGES of camp week, or cancellation of options. Please call the office, or email with any change requests.
*All children MUST be toilet trained (yes, it’s happened).
Staff Ratio: We target a maximum of 6 campers to 1 leader; Senior Leaders have First Aid training. A signed copy of your registration form must be on file in our office prior to participation.
