Registration Information
Please complete ONE application form for EACH child. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold spots until your application has been paid.

Before you start, here are some handy tips:
a) If you have children in different age groups and they are starting camp at different times… “Before and After Camp Care ” will help you out! Convenience for you, more farm action for the kids! Programming to meet the different needs and speeds of different age groups means that not all camps run for the same length of time. We offer Before and After Camp Care to remedy the situation where parents are needing children in a longer program. b) if there are still spots available for a given age/week on this screen, you will see “Register”. However, if that camp is full, you will see “WAIT LIST”. Those on the wait list will be called in the order received and offered a spot, if one becomes available.
Summer Day Camp Policies
Cancellation Policy: Refunds are made ONLY if your camp is canceled due to lack of registration. If a camper is unable to attend for any reason, including illness or any other unforeseen circumstance, you do have the option of substituting another child (ie selling, gifting your day camp spot); a new application is required; there is an administration fee ($20).
Adjustments/Changes: A minimum $20.00 +GST change fee is applied to all CHANGES of camp week, or cancellation of lunches, snacks, or bus which result in a refund once the original registration has been processed. There is no administration fee to ADD on lunches, snacks, bus, or to extend a 4 day week. Please call the office, or email with any change requests.
*All children MUST be toilet trained.
Allergy Alert: Read the information regarding food and other allergies, and how we do our very best to keep our campers safe. See Allergy Alert.
Staff Ratio: We target a maximum of 6 campers to 1 leader; Senior Leaders have First Aid training. A signed copy of your registration form must be on file in our office prior to participation. We start accepting applications January 15 each year. Please see Day Camp Availability and Fees.
