**Duration of party is usually 3 hours....about 2 hours in the farmyard, with an additional hour if you want to book an outdoor picnic area or the indoor Birthday Barn for food, gifts etc.

IMPORTANT DETAILS RE GUESTS:

MAIN SEASON (NON-FESTIVAL party times):
Pay general admission UPON ARRIVAL.
AT LEAST one supervising adult is required for every 3 children.
MAIN SEASON parties (NON-FESTIVAL party times) have a 10% DISCOUNT on admission fees if you have 20 or more guests all paid in a single transaction; no refunds.
Please bring an ATTENDEE LIST (of those folks you wish to pay for) when you arrive, so we can quickly calculate your admission fees. We will admit your guests as they arrive so you do not need to wait at the gate for them!
Your Attendee List needs to show each family name (alphabetically allows us to check in your guests faster!) with how many Adults, how many Kids, e.g.,
HOST: (your family first, then the others) 2A 1K
Burola: 2A 3K
Townsend: 1A 1 K

FESTIVAL PARTY TIMES: i.e., TICKETS for SPRING BABIES FESTIVAL or for HARVEST PUMPKIN FESTIVAL must be purchased ahead of time (visit our website to order). Most of these options will be available as add-ins on your ticket order form. Sorry, no refunds.

ADD ON ... TRACTOR-PULLED WAGON RIDES for your party...

Ride out to the back forest on a Farm Fun safari! Each wagon carries 15-20 people. Wagon rides for Festival orders are to be placed with Festival ticket order.
IF you are OK to do a WAGON RIDE WITH the PUBLIC, you can buy wagon ride tickets when you give us your Attendee list. $3 for each 4 people.
IF YOU WANT A WAGON ALL TO YOUSELVES, you need to organize ahead of time....check below!

ADD-ON... PONY RIDES for your party. Riders must be under 60lbs/27kg.
IF you are OK to do Pony Rides WITH the PUBLIC (riding once around our Pony Ring), you buy the pony ride tickets when you give us your Attendee list. $3/ticket
IF YOU WANT A PONY ALL TO YOUSELVES for 30 minutes, you need to organize ahead of time....check below! Remember, max weight on the pony is 60 lbs (27 kgs).

ADD-ON ...TRY MILKING A GOAT! (MAIN SEASON only)
We'll give you and your group an opportunity to try your hand at an important farm skill!

TIME FOR A PICNIC in one of our wonderful groves of trees...
OPTION #1: ADD-ON... a PRIVATE PICNIC AREA

Private areas great for eating, gift opening, and good old socializing! Picnic tables in each area.

WORRIED ABOUT THE WEATHER? NEED TIME INSIDE FOR BIRTHDAY CAKE?
OPTION #2: ADD-ON... the BAA-THDAY BARN!

Brightly painted with fun graphics and background (for children's parties... so minimal decorating required); comfortably sits up to 24 children at small picnic tables, 10-15 adults on benches around the perimeter of the room.
Planning some nibbles and gift opening? Popular timing here at the farm is 2 hours outside doing farmyard fun and activities with the third hour here in the Birthday Barn. Your Birthday Barn booking is for one hour (bookings run on the hour) and we recommend you use the first 5 minutes for a quick set up, the last 5 minutes for a quick take down. There will be someone booked both before and after you. Note: there is access to many outdoor shaded picnic areas if some folks in your party are wanting to enjoy some quieter time sitting amoung the trees.

HAVE A LARGER GROUP OR COMPANY DAY OF FRESH AIR AND FARM FUN?
ADD-ON... THE PRAIRIE PALACE

for larger groups, generally more than 50 people or gatherings of mostly adults. Rustic... decorated with first and second cut wood from a local mill; old western flavor with party lighting and furnace. Tables and benches. Power.
