PARTY ADDITIONS April thru September ADMISSION: Parties pay general admission upon arrival. Arrangements can be made ahead of time to prepay (you'll give us an ATTENDEE LIST to make things easy for you at Admissions). There is a 10% discount on admissions for groups of 20 or more folks paid in one transaction. No Refunds. FOOD/DRINK: You may bring in your own food and drink (if using a caterer, they must be self contained). You need to leave your picnic area clean and tidy for the next group (like camping: pack it in, pack it out). **Cancellation Policy: Party Additions are non-refundable. If the weather is inclement at the time of booking, you may rebook your additions to another day at no charge, or you may take your additions fees in an equivalent value of Day Passes to Butterfield Acres.
