Additional time, if desired may be booked at $269/hr with your own fencing, $319/hr with Rustic Fencing

HAND WASHING is important!

With covid, if any animals will be touched/petted, hands MUST be washed both BEFORE petting, and then immediately AFTERWARDS. Alberta Health requires that there be hand washing right at the animal pen.

This requires a hand soap pump (wipes are NOT acceptable), single use paper towels, garbage container, AND someone to ensure a CONSTANT supply of fresh WARM water, and removal of the grey water.

Please indicate your choice for Hand Washing: We will provide our own COMPLETE HAND WASHING (set up as per Health Regulations, above) at the exit of the animal area. We want Butterfield Acres to provide COMPLETE HAND WASHING (add $39.00 / hour + gst to the package price).

WHAT'S NEXT?

FARMER SAM SAYS...

...within 48 hours of receipt of your LIVE NATIVITY ANIMALS Booking Request, we will email you a Booking Agreement.

Please read it through for accuracy and other important information, then sign it and email it back to us.

We will need a site map showing where we will be set up (grass is kindest for the animals. Please indicate the best place to park our truck (and horse trailer along with the best access to the set up area.

We will also need a road map to your site if you are in a newer development, or outside Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane city limits.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Fees are not refundable unless this is an outdoor event and weather is inclement at the date and time booked (a final decision should be made 3 hours prior). In the case of inclement weather at the time of the booking, you may reschedule within a month of the original booking without any loss of fees. If however the event cannot be rescheduled within this time frame, you will have a choice:
EITHER: exchange the value of Booking Agreement for an equivalent value of Farm Guest Passes,
OR: the 20% non-refundable portion of your fee will be forfeited and the balance returned.

PONY RIDE SAFETY:

Pony Rides are only available for children under 60 lbs./27 kgs. This weight restriction is strictly enforced for the safety of both the child rider and our Pony friends.

Ponies are NOT COMPATIBLE with activities with loud or sudden noises/movements such as dunk tanks, balloons dogs, or balls, or with jumping houses with long bobbing necks. If/when safety concerns exist, Pony rides will pause until the situation is rectified.
It is recommended that children wear HELMETS while riding the Pony. Butterfield Acres staff may ask parents/adults to walk alongside rider to enhance rider safety.
NO BALLOONS are allowed on site until the Pony rides are finished.
Site to provide hand washing facilities as needed for Pony Riders.
Pony is led by Butterfield Acres staff, and comes complete with saddle, and equipment for manure pickup should that be necessary.

I/We agree that any photos taken by Butterfield Acres Inc. employees and/or agents may be used for promotional purposes providing no names are used.

We do hereby acknowledge and agree that use of Butterfield Acres Programs/Animals is at my / our sole risk and liability; moreover, I / we hereby release and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Butterfield Acres Inc., its agents, subcontractors and servants or employees for any and all actions, the causes of action, claims, liabilities and demand whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to or connected with our use without limitation.
