We typically have a fair degree of flexibility at this end and are able to give you the first date you request, but if that's no longer available, we book your second choice. Please be sure both dates and times work for you and your students.
At the end of the form, a non-refundable deposit of $1/child will be charged. This locks in your SPRING BABIES field trip time so nobody else can have that spot. If we are unable to fulfill this booking request, we will contact you with other options, and if none of those are suitable, your deposit will be refunded, or postponed for a later program of your choice.

ADULTS: Because of this unique very hands-on environment with small animals and young children, experience has shown that a 3:1 ratio (or better) is ideal for the best learning opportunities and hands-on experiences. Reading buddies can be extra help and fun on field trips!

YOUR DEPOSIT INFORMATION:
This non-refundable deposit of $1/child locks in the number of field trip spots you are wanting us to save for you. Your final balance will be determined on the actual day of your field trip when we know exactly what your attendance is. $l deposit will be deducted for each child attending. Children who do not show lose their loonie. Your deposit is non-refundable and is your indication that you wish us to save this many spots for your school. In the case of inclement weather the day-of, your trip may be postponed at no charge. If your date needs to be changed at a future time, please contact us to reset your timing.
