Junior Leader Development Program....
a 3 step program leading into employment for young folk here at the farm!

Min age is 13 years, maximum 15 years

  • discover your strengths and talents, learn lots of new skills
  • expand your social circle
  • build a sense of independence
  • gain self-confidence
  • increase social awareness
  • learn through first-hand experience
  • be a part of a great team of Farm Hands!
  • preference given to 'graduates' of our Farmers-in-Training Day Camp Program
