                                    Payment can be made by Cash, Debit, Cheque or Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa).

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are made only if camp cancelled due to lack of registration. If a camper is unable to attend for any reason, including illness or any other unforeseen circumstance, you do have the option of filling your spot with another child of the same age group; a new application is required and there is a small administration fee, as below.

A signed copy of your registration form must be on file in our office prior to participation. We start accepting applications January 15 each year. Please see Day Camp Availability and Fees.
